Need advice

Hey ,I was thinking of relocating to another country then I asked myself " should I get a girlfriend then move to her country and live with her or wait to move then start looking for a girlfriend?" Now I have no specific destination so I'm think if I moved first then start looking for a girlfriend , I may find her but she may not be ready to relocating or not sure about it and if I got a girlfriend first then moved to be with her it may not work , I need your opinions
