You know, with all of the talk about "Je Suis Paris", or how we should "pray for France", we must not lose sight of the tragic event that happened at Sinai on that fateful Halloween - with mainly Russians on board. I was even ashamed as a human being to see most of these same people, who've asked everyone to extend their condolences to the victims of the terror attacks in Paris without hesitation, did not say one iota about praying for Russia, or the Russians; in fact, some of them actually mocked the crash victims as if to say that the Russians deserved it, as if to say that the Russians are "beneath them" - remember the infamous Charlie Hebdo cartoon, anyone? There was no "solidarity" campaign to grieve for those people from any of the so-called Social media sites, nor from the media publications in the Western world and almost none here, I'm sure. It could've been all of us on board such jetliners like the one that crashed in Egypt; afterall, we're more likely to die in a plane crash than in a terror attack. If I were a cynical type I would say "'F' Paris!" but I'm not going to go there. I'm above that; afterall, all lives are precious, no matter where you are. If you, as a society, don't give a rat's behind about grieving the lives of Russians, or the Palestinians, or the people of the Donbass for that matter, then why on earth would an intelligent person grieve for you? Don't expect anybody to pay respects for you, and your people if you haven't done the same. I know I’ve angered a lot of you by now, but please remember that ALL lives and civilizations matter.
