Is it likely that a gf who says she is not in love will fall in love after two years?

A friend of mine is in a kind of unusual long distance relationship; his girl friend in Ukraine boast that she is very honest and never lie. She says that she likes him, but is not in love with him, but that "love may come after a few years". Interesting to know what people in this good forum think; should he marry her and hope for the best, or quit and look for "true mutual love"?
