Why search for a foreign man ?

I'd be interested to read why you ladies seek a mate outside your native land. Could it be because how your men treat you as women. Or how women are treated in your society ? I know I can speak for many of my countrymen when I say American men are usually very protective of their women. All of the women in our family.
