Work in Russia for a foreigners

Hello,

Is it possible someone to advice where I can throw a look about job offers related to an english-speaking foreigners? I understand a russian language a bit, but is it possible to start a job at the beginning based on english conversation at all? Would be happy to read any advices or opinions! Best regards!
