Why a Russian woman want to get married with a foreigner, I mean a Latino man?

I have read some information about this topic before. But I would like to know some more information, mainly because it is necessary to know more about a different culture than mine, since I'm a Latin and I am very interested about Russian culture, but not only from the official perspective but from the people who lives its culture every day.
