Foreigner working in Russia

I am Canadian, and I am working in the south of Russia. I have been trying to meet a woman for a serious relationship, leading to marriage. Big problem is I can not get enough time off of work to travel to other cities to meet with a woman. I would be very happy if the woman could come to the city where I am working. But, this is Russia, and I understand that it has to be the man that goes to the woman first. This makes it very difficult for me. Also many very old women, or, very young woman write to me, but not many women near my age. I know I can just delete them, but why are women near my age not interested? I know there is somebody for me out there!!!!
