Bad luck with the ladies

I just wanted to open this to discuss the title, because I'm frustrated 😅 -I'm 26y.o., a professional/physician, earn a high salary, have a nice/athletic body, i speak English, Spanish and Russian- yet no luck with no slavic woman Anyone with similar results? Any tips?
