K1 visa

Hello...Can someone here let me know if I will have trouble getting a women I meet here a K1 visa who is 25 years younger than me? Is there an acceptable age limit that will pass the interview process for both of us? I'm seeking a women from the Ukraine. Does anyone know about getting married in the Ukraine, do I have to be a resident there before an application for marriage can be approved? Has anyone married a nice lady from the Ukraine and can give me some advice? Possibly the name of a lawyer here in the USA who can help? I'm 62yo, Thanks!
