Is it still possible to meet in Russia?

I met a wonderful woman from Izhevsk through this site, I would love to meet her. However, I live in the Netherlands. Due to the sanctions, it is not possible to travel from the European Union to Russia. However, air traffic is still possible between Turkey and Russia. Has anyone had any experience with meeting in Russia lately? Is it possible to obtain a visa? Is it possible to travel in Russia? And is it possible to buy rubles within the European Union? I hope someone can help me! And I also think that more people from the European Union run into the same questions.
