How to be hapier

Happiness is what we all strive to find and keep, even when it's as elusive as ever. Being happy often means feeling contented, feeling joyful, and having the sense that your life is meaningful. Nobody is jolly all the time, but some people are definitely more fulfilled than others. Happiness has little to do with materialistic needs, goods, or wants, or high achievement; it boils down to your outlook on life, the quality of your relationships. Being happy is even good for your health.


So how to be happier:


1. Change your soul.
2. Learn mindfulness.
3. Try meditation.
4. Make even small things “experiences.”
5. Look for the positive in all your experiences.
