In Russia nothing is provided in advance. All education each semester is paid beforehand before the studies begun. If the semester is not paid she is not allowed to enter her course. Here in Mexico, it is regular to ask for a schollarship sponsoring, where at the 7th grade, the student starts to work and after graduation, he / she pay all their debt on this schollarship.

Option one for me living there is with no risk for me, it only depends on me. Living there it is more healthy to spend real time with real persons, not the illusion of virtuality.

As second option, find a partner I have male friend who are interested with. Again, I must test.

The third option as to marry, is to put your real feelings and must be the most cautious action. I can not talk here on ladies I looked as love prospect. This is the most delicate to handle.

3) A mystery question here: "how can you deport citizens within their own country?"  (Maybe the Carribean Villa... ? Then student's name isn't Natalya by any chance...?)

4) If you swear to protect people, make sure that they're your friends and not friends to your wallet and / or bank account.
