I sense a bit of suspicion and doubt in your words.First I want to say , that everyone , wants to look at their best.

It is the same for me and you.When you go to a party , you want to dress nice.

Celebrities and famous people , have their pictures photoshopped , to give a bit more glamour.

So , you should evaluate this , with common sense and be realistic.
That said , I can say , that Slavic women , are really very beautiful and feminine.

They most of the time (Always) , do look good and wear nice dresses.And high heels.

So , yes , they are beautiful.But it is up to you , to decide.
