New Zealand is one of the easier countries to gain entry to. Once you have New Zealand citizenship, you can stay in Australia for as long as you like. It is also the same in Australia, if you become an Australian citizen, you can stay in New Zealand for as long as you like. Recently, Australia reduced Social Welfare privileges for New Zealanders. If you become a New Zealander, you may not get health or education or income benefits in Australia. If you become an Australian and go to New Zealand, you will be treated with the full privileges. as if you are a New Zealander. Marriage in New Zealand is very easy. Divorce is difficult. There is a 2 year waiting period and you are not allowed to become divorced for any reason, even if something bad happened. So be careful who you marry, because divorce process in New Zealand is worse than many countries. The good news of both countries is that women are treated with equality. The Australian democracy is stronger than New Zealand with stronger regulation, especially through family courts system. New Zealand was the first feminist country in the world! If you are a lady, you will be very pleased to know that when it comes to government regulations, women are favoured! Russian and Ukranian men might find this difficult with the woman being in charge, but Australian and New Zealand men are used to it. Life is more relaxed and outdoors. There are too many beaches! Too much sun! If you are a hard worked and smart, there is always work to do. Australian standard of living is better than New Zealand. There is no GST (consumer tax) on Australian fruit and vegetables and so people can eat much healthier for the less money in Australia, than they can in New Zealand. Wages are much higher and cost of living lower in Australia. However, regulations in Australia are like KGB sometimes and local councils and cities run as if they are different countries. If you buy a car and drive it from Melbourne to Perth, it is like driving to another country. You will need a new drivers license, new car registration and there is border control! Each state in Australia is like a kingdom. It's quite funny. It's a very different style of living in each state. Sunshine is almost endless in Australia... but that results in bush fires in some dry places. Yet in the winter, the spring flowers can sometimes create a blanket of beauty across the span of a wide desert. Life always surprises you. New Zealand is much more damp and wet. Which is why the nature is very vibrant and green. There are no predators at all in New Zealand and the worst thing that could happen is you spend too much time in the sun and get skin cancer. No animals want to eat you! In Australia, everything wants to eat you! On a walk to the beach, you will see signs that say beware of the Sharks and the Snakes. If you sensible, you will probably never see a snake or a shark. But if you don't follow the rules, you could become lunch for a predator. In New Zealand, due to low population the choices of things to do can be limited. Some people will find this boring. How much nature can you handle? That's up to you! In Australia, you will find nature is less dense, but there is plenty of it! Because the population is large, the choices are much broader. Even in small towns in Australia they have good schools and internet. You can buy a block of land for as little as AU$7000 in some outback towns with schools and infrastructure. In the cities you will pay AU$1m to AU$2m for the same thing. The small towns in Australia present an extravagant lifestyle. Small towns in New Zealand feel like the end of the earth. So it depends, are you quiet natured? Perhaps you will like New Zealand. If you are more social and like variety, then you may prefer Australia. I am in Perth, Western Australia in a place called Golden Bay. At the time of writing this I am still single, but I wonder who will become my wife? Perhaps I have already met her? Maybe not! But one day I'd like to take my lady on an adventure around Australia and New Zealand. I have traveled all around both and love them equally. But Australia has more work opportunities and higher wages, which is why I live and work here.

Now write a lot in the media are around about fires in Australia and telling terrible news about the fact that more than a million animals died there and the number of some species is on the verge of extinction. Я вообще читала недавно, что из- за нехватки воды там собрались или уже истребители 80 000 верблюдов...
Сейчас пишут более миллиарда животных ! Страшная картина в глазах до сих пор , увидела фото ,как маленький малыш коалы обнимает свою мамочку , которая лежит на столе у врачей в маске ! Невозможно сдерживать слезы ,известные люди , думающие об экологии бьют тревогу ,пытаются к этой проблеме привлечь как можно больше людей , общественность . Просто нет слов , невозможно представить как погибали несчастные кенгуру , коалы и другие .

Сидела красила глаза, а по новостям показали кенгуру обожжённого, какая боль у него в глазах( в итоге накрасила глазки континент который даёт нам кислород в огне

А ещё в новостях сказали, что есть такие уникумы - Поджигатели! Десятки людей задержаны. Лично я для таких людей, вообще слов не подберу
Да я тоже насмотрелась на их глаза , видела фото где два кенгуру обнимают друг друга и одного такая боль в глазах и слезы , просто ком в горле за что им это глобальное потепление , бесконечные выбросы в атмосферу , пластик , мусор все это может привести к катастрофе ,известные личности в Инстаграмм выставляют посты, чтобы люди задумались и прекращали пользоваться пластиком , с космоса снимки смотрела , таяние ледников за последние три года усилилось многократно )) бедные белые мишки

Visiting Australia and New Zealand is my dream. And this year in March, I had to fulfill this dream (in relation to NZ). I almost packed my bags, but ...... the events known to everyone deprived me of this opportunity. A visa obtained for just 1.5 months, alas, will burn. Tickets are also not going to be returned to me by anyone (((((

Не стоит делать поспешных выводов, не изучив ситуацию. Напомню, что Австралия никогда не отличалась благоприятным климатом, здесь постоянно происходит катаклизмы: засуха, наводнения, нашествие мышей, нашествие саранчи, пыльные бури, циклоны и тд и тп. И пожары являются неотемлемой частью, они были и будут, с природой не поспоришь. Некоторые семена растений прорастают только пройдя через высокую температуру, через пожар.
А подпаливание в правильный период и в правильном месте - это древняя культура аборигенов, которая позволяет избежать катастрофы. Аборигены живут здесь тысячи лет и знают как оперировать, передают эти знания из поколения в поколение. А мы, белые, прожив всего то 200 лет на этих территориях, решили, что можем управлять природой.
Катастрофа 2019 года произошла именно по этому. Защитники природы «зеленые», мать их так, проводили огромную агитацию. Что подпаливать - это не хорошо, что можно поддерживать течение рек в ЗАСУХУ и спасти от пересыхания! Агитация была активной на побережье, там, где живет 80% населения. И они прошли в парламент. Их поддержали люди, которые не имеют представления о мире за пределами города. Люди, живущие в мегаполисах, принимали решения о том, как нужно жить и работать за сотни километров, в других условиях и реалиях.
Результат известен всему миру. Вместо того, чтоб минимизировать потери, люди своими руками превратили сезонные пожары в полную катастрофу.

Ольга , спасибо за ответ . Я ни в коем случае не хочу сейчас показаться расисткой или ещё кем ... но мне кажется , что аборигены Австралии ближе к Природе , чем " белый человек - царь Природы " . Поэтому и говорю , что мне жаль Природу .
