Honestly I think the same what concerns work. Work is work. At work people shouldn`t treat me different just because I wear dresses. Sure, it`s pleasant if men see a female creature in me (even) during the working day, but when my male customers invite me for lunch/dinner (just as "thank you" for the work I did) - honestly I start panic   
Maybe It`s nonsense and I`m too impressionable, but for me it`s better to think only about work during this work. Less stress.
