Can we also be mindful that this topic was posted in the "Gentlemen's Club"? This is supposed to be a dedicated forum for men, where we can discuss things amongst men only. Ik terms of unsolicited advice, this issue could have been dealt with a lot differently if those rules had been respected. There may not be many men on the forum, but there are enough of us here who don't offend people on a regular basis, who could have given advice on how to improve communication. I would guess that a lot of us don't get involved in the men-only topics because anything controversial inevitably gets brigaded by the women here. I understand that the forum is not busy anymore, but that is not a reason to violate the boundary of the sub-groups.
