В 70-е годы XX века исследователи начали изучать химические препараты, называемые эндорфинами, которые были обнаружены в кровеносной и нервной системах человека. Эндорфины — это морфиноподобные вещества, которые снижают боль и вызывают чувство эйфории. Исследования показывают, что их количество возрастает, когда мы обнимаемся.

Вирджиния Сатир, семейный врач и семейный психотерапевт, рекомендует родителям почаще обнимать своего ребенка, подчёркивая, что это необходимо не только ребенку, но и взрослому.
«Четыре объятия в день нужны каждому человеку просто для выживания, — говорит она. — Для хорошего же самочувствия нужно не менее восьми объятий в день».
Норма объятий для взрослого человека — от 5 до 30 раз в сутки. По словам ученых, прикосновения способствуют выработке гормонов удовольствия и любви. Если человеку не хватает объятий, у него ослабевает иммунитет и дает сбой нервная система.
Как прикосновение, так и простое, непосредственное объятие, дарят радость и чувство защищенности, не дают людям замыкаться в себе, помогают человеку почувствовать себя, любимыми, необходимыми, а не одинокими и потерянными, и даже утверждают физическую реальность нашего существования.
Почему мужчины любят обниматься

Интересно то, что женщины придавали большее значение чувству родства и близости, а не чувству безопасности. Но как мужчины, так и женщины одинаково поставили «чувство безопасности» в начало списков.
По мнению ученых, объятия очень необходимы людям, т.к. способны залечивать душевные раны и восстанавливать равновесие. Хотя для объятий тоже существуют определенные противопоказания.

My anniversary
Hi, everyone!
There are some coincidences on my current birthday.
My birth was on the day June 28, 1990, a Thrusday, at 11 hours and 25 minutes (according to the Brasilia time, which is 3 hours less than Greenwich Mean Time), in Salvador city. It happened exactly 28 years ago.
So, today, June 28, 2018, a Thursday, is my anniversary of 28 years old.
I am completing 10227 days of life today. Furthermore, since I was born on a Thrusday and today is this same day of the week, also I become 1461 weeks old.
I just got the annual and weekly new age in four years: 2001, 2007, 2012 and 2018. Depending on the definition of anniversary, perhaps the year 1990 may be considered too, that was when I was born.
But today is the first date that I complete the annual and weekly age in an even and non bissextile year, which is 2018. The next occurrence of that, if I am alive until there, will be in 2046.
So, I wish very happiness, peace, health, finally, all what is good to me and anyone who has a birthday today, and that the day June 28 repeat many times in our life.

Friday, the 13th
Friday the 13th is considered an unlucky day in superstition. It happens when the thirteenth day of the month in the Gregorian calendar is a Friday.
Its occurrence is between one and three times in the same year. Also, the 13th day of the month is more likely to be a Friday than any other weekly day.
The superstition surrounding that day may be originated from the story of Jesus Christ's last supper and crucifixion, in which there were 13 individuals present in the Upper Room on the 13th of Nisan Maundy Thursday, the night before his death on Good Friday.
For several other reasons, many people think that Friday is the unlucky day of the week, while 13 is conceded as an unlucky number. So, when a date has both of them, there is the belief that it is the unluckiest day of the year.
That is a motive why this day is associated with horror, plus the fact that 31, whose day in October is Halloween, can be obtained when alternating the algarisms of the number 13.
Comment if you believe that Friday the thirteenth is an unlucky day or not. Also, you can expose other reasons why it is considered a day of bad luck or recommend movie or other media in celebration of that day.
Independent of such opinion, as today is a date like that, I wish good luck to everyone!

Easter
Easter is an annual holiday when is celebrated the Jesus Christ's resurrection.
The First Council of Nicaea established the date of Easter as the first Sunday after the full Moon succeeding the beginning of the vernal equinox.
So, that date is not the same to every year in the calendar. Also, today is Easter in the current year.
Several traditions are related to Easter. And some things are representations of that day, such as bunny, egg, etc.
The bunny symbolizes fertility and new life. Like rabbit, egg is a symbol of new life. But also it denotates rebirth.
Despite bunnies not to lay eggs, both are associated in the paschal festivity. That occurrence may be verified in decorations of the period or when people dress up as bunny and promote hunting of Easter eggs, for example.
The significations of those and other symbols of Easter and the love between the people are part of that religious day. So, that event can be commemorated in several ways.
Thus, I wish a great Easter to everyone.

Today is Saint Valentine's Day, which happens on February 14 annually, as there are martyrdom stories associated with various Valentines connected to that date somehow.
Valentine's Day is an occasion in which lovers expresses their love for each other, commonly by presenting flowers, offering confectionery, sending greeting cards (also known as "valentines"), giving other gifts, or doing alternative things. If you want to make a surprise or impress your valentine today, that is an opportunity. This dating site has a service of delivery of gifts to its users. Saint Valentine's Day has cultural, religious and commercial celebration of romance in many regions around the world, being one of the most romantic dates in the year. Despite some countries commemorate that moment in a different way described here, or in another day, or even do not celebrate that, to receive a present is pleasurable most of the times anyway.
In Brazil, my native country, for some reasons, instead February 14, something like Valentine's Day is celebrated on June 12, known as Day of Enamoured. One of the motives is that Saint Valentine's Day happens around Carnival, when some folk prefer to stay free to enjoy the feast, meeting new people. Also, there is economic issue, as Carnival occurs either soon after February 14, day when people are saving up money for the festival, during, or before that date, when they already spent their recourses in the festivity and are lower in money. In 2018, Carnival ends today, as the current day is Ash Wednesday, the commence of Lent. So, since that Saint Valentine's Day is less notable than Carnival in Brazil and not very convenient to the local commerce, the day choosen to celebrate the romance of couples in the country is June 12, the Saint Anthony's Eve, as he is known there as the marriage saint.

Orthodox and Catholic Christmas
Christmas happens on the date December 25, when is celebrated the Jesus Christ's birth.
So, today is Christmas. You may think there is a mistake here, arguing that today is January 7 and Christmas occurs on the day December 25.
Christians (such as Catholics and Orthodoxes) commemorate Christmas on December 25 really, but on different days.
Those phrases may be confusing, but they are true. This text will explain more about the issue.
The Catholic religion and the Orthodox one (both are the two greatest Christian confessions) adopted distinct calendars to their respective events. While the first one uses the Gregorian Calendar, the second utilizes the Julian Calendar.
Those calendars have equal format, in other words, they contain the same months and correspondent days anually. In fact, they were the same calendar in the past. But currently, the date in Julian Calendar is 13 days earlier than the one in Gregorian Calendar.
That difference between them has a historical context. As their own names indicate, the Julian Calendar was propused by Julius Caesar in 46 BC and took effect from 45 BC, then later, the Gregorian Calendar was promulgated by Pope Gregory XIII in the year 1582. The reform made by the Catholic Pope corrected the 13 days gap between the calendar date and the actual date of the change of seasons (equinoxes and solstices). The Orthodox Church did not accept that reform in the calendar to fix the discrepancy mentioned, and then it continues still using the Julian Calendar nowadays.
On the other hand, the Gregorian Calendar began to be utilized by the Catholic Church and several locals in the world. The Julian Calendar was the predominant one during relative long time, but it has been gradually replaced as the civil calendar by the Gregorian Calendar in almost all countries which formerly used it.
Even Russia, for example, where there are many Orthodox people and such religion is the most popular there. As Russia is a laic country, it adopted the Gregorian Calendar as the official one, in the twentieth century. So, religious events or festivals are not part of the calendar of Russia Federation. Those moments follow the Julian Calendar there, including the Christmas. Other countries in Eastern Europe are laic and celebrate Christmas according to the Julian Calendar, such as Ukraine, Belarus, etc.
The Orthodoxy is the religion with more believers not only in Russia, but in Eastern Europe too. So, it is common to commemorate Christmas in those places today. And the most of the women registered on this site are from there. Thus, if you could not send a letter or anything else to someone on Christmas of 13 days ago, or if you want to make a surprise or impress anyone today, that is an opportunity.
Something interesting is that when the Catholics are finishing the Christmas celebration, the Orthodoxes are ready to enjoy the night of Christmas. Traditionally, the Christmas tree, nativity decorations and other ornaments are disassembled and stored on Three King's Day, while it is common to celebrate Christmas at night of Christmas Eve. Coincidentally, the Three King's Day (January 6 in the Gregorian Calendar) and the Christmas Eve (December 24 in the Julian Calendar) are the same day.
Resuming this post: the Orthodoxy and the Catholicism celebrate Christmas on December 25, but on different days, as they follow distinct calendars.
The current day is December 25, 2017, considering the Julian Calendar, and then the Orthodox Religion is commemorating Christmas today. Also, that date corresponds to January 7, 2018, according to the Gregorian Calendar. So, the Catholic Religion celebrated Christmas 13 days ago. Anyway, Catholics will enjoy Christmas in 2018 yet, so as the Orthodoxes. So, since now, I wish to everyone:

Не смогла удержаться!
Девочки, привет всем!
Честное слово, я очень старалась, но не смогла удержаться !
Дело в том, что у меня 11 мая был день рождения, который я провела на Крите, это был так сказать "полуюбилей" . Вчера после отпуска первый день вышла на работу и тут такое началось!!! Встречал меня саксофон (мои знают, что я обожаю джаз). Я просто онемела от неожиданности! 55 роз!!! Написали для меня целую поэму! Я человек, который никогда не плачет - девочки, я рыдала!! Я руководила своим коллективом 18 лет, собираюсь вскоре на пенсию, они мне как вторая семья - это было так приятно!
P.S. Девченки! 55 - это совсем не страшно! Это здорово!
